Travis Creech, operations manager for North Carolina-based Rex & Sons RVs, reported a positive RV Training Institute (RVTI) travel training event, held March 2-6.
Six technicians from Rex & Sons RVs attended the training led by RVTI’s Mike Anderson. Creech, who is a certified RV technician himself and a member of RV PRO’s Editorial Advisory Board, complimented the RVTI program, saying, “Mike Anderson, RVTI trainer, was a pleasure to have instructing at our dealership.”
“We enrolled six technicians in the program with everyone passing and RVTI Certified! What a synergy boost for our service department!” Creech said. He also extended his thanks to the RVTI team for “offering and executing this program so seamlessly.”
