RV Care Hosts National Meeting

The RV Care Network hosted its 3rd annual National Dealers Meeting last week in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where a record number of dealers from across Canada participated in two days of meetings that featured several new programs for the dealer network.

The official launch of the new RV Care-approved Northern Spirit line of trailers, built for the RV Care Network by Coachmen RV, was a big step for the group, the company stated.

“In five months since introducing the program, over 35 RV Care dealers across Canada have signed up to carry the line,” said Derek Paterson, sales and marketing manager for RV Care. “We’re very pleased with the early support of our dealers and thrilled with the response from consumers across the country.”

Also new for 2018 is the launch of the RV Care App for mobile devices.

“In addition to turn by turn directions to the nearest location, our new app has other features that’ll help us engage with our customers and respond to their needs,” said Earl Manning, managing director of RV Care.

The RV Care App, available on Apple and Android devices, features the 69 RV Care locations across Canada and more than 120 Priority RV Network locations through the U.S. Several other new programs coming for the RV Care dealers were presented to the attendees last week.

“Managing the roll-out of each program is important, as this is the busiest time of year for our dealers across Canada,” said Paterson. “We’re very pleased with the strong support and participation from our dealers as they talk about the added value they get from being a part of our network.”

The gathering ended with recognition of Bill Redmond who retired from the board of directors of RV Care last year after 17 years of service as the network’s president and chairman.

“We would not be where we are today without the leadership and vision that Bill provided through the challenges of building something new and different in the Canadian RV industry,” said current President Don Sneyd, while presenting Bill with special token of appreciation.
