Advocacy Day, the longstanding cornerstone event taking place on Wednesday, June 8, during RVs Move America Week, is a unique opportunity for members of the RV Industry Association – and the wider RV industry – to make an impact on issues critical to the success of the industry.

This is a chance for those interested to show up in the nation’s capital and help advocate on behalf of the industry.

Throughout the year, the RV Industry Association’s federal affairs team serves as the voice of the RV industry in the halls of Congress and the federal agencies, lobbying on behalf of the RV industry. In 2022, the key federal priorities as far as RVIA is concerned are:

  • Campground Modernization and Expansion
  • Increasing Outdoor Access Through Improved EV Infrastructure
  • Renewal of the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP)
  • Reestablishment of Section 301 Tariffs Exclusion Process
  • Addressing Supply Chain Issues
