RV on Call Receives Certification From Black Folks Camp Too
In February, RV on Call became the first mobile RV service provider in the US to receive Unity Blaze certification with Black Folks Camp Too (BFCT).
Businesses that display the Unity Blaze campfire symbol pledge to treat everyone everywhere equally, and be welcoming to all regardless of race, age or gender.
BFCT offers products and services that promote inclusivity within the outdoor industry. One such service is the Unity Blaze Academy, which is a self-paced learning platform offering comprehensive courses that help businesses and their staff develop knowledge and skills around equity and inclusion. The company also maintains a map on its website of Unity Blaze Certified Partners, where people can discover businesses and organizations that have received certification from BFCT.
The Unity Blaze program has now expanded its reach within the outdoor industry by adding RV on Call as the first mobile RV service to join the “RV Partners” category.
Founded in 2022, RV on Call performs mobile RV service and repair throughout central North Carolina, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Fayetteville, Greenville and Wilmington. The company also operates an online forum with membership benefits, as well as a blog and listing of RVs and gear for sale.
