RV Rental Dealers Aims to Expand Network

Since its inception in 2016, RV Rental Dealers has grown to more than 22 locations across the U.S. with a rental fleet of more than 850 units. It is currently looking for qualified dealers to expand its nationwide network.

“We are gathering the best RV rental operators in the country to share best practices, participate in better buying power, discounts and opportunities for our member dealers enabling a better rental experience for their customers,” said Scott Jones, RVRD managing director. “We are dealers that offer a quality rental experience at a competitive price.”

To help each member dealer succeed, RVRD.org provides 20 group benefits with regular online discussions, reports that identify early market trends, share best ideas, increase profits and provide ongoing peer mentoring to accelerate business growth and profitability with experienced leaders in the RV rental industry.

“RVRD is dedicated to the success and promotion of individual local dealers,” said Martin Onken, RVRD board member. “Member dealers proudly display the RVRD logo along with theirs, signifying a powerful alliance of dozens of equally minded dealerships across the country.  Ultimately many of these dealers will share customers, plan trips, and routinely offer long-distance one-way rentals through the RoamAway online platform, all the while maintaining a good neighbor, local flavor.”

RVRD.org will be holding its annual member dealer conference this year Dec. 10-11 in Charlotte, N.C., with presentations from select manufacturers and service providers.
