A Fort Lauderdale RV company received rezoning for a RV dealership development during a recent City Council meeting.
The property was converted from district four (F4) to I-35 Business (B-3), with a specific use permit for the sale and service of motorized vehicles.
The 22.99 acres property, Explore USA & Airstream of Buda, is the current site of the existing Camper Clinic RV dealership.
RV Retailer the developers, recently acquired the dealership and are proposing the demolition of the current site and constructing a new RV dealership.
