RV Supplier Buys Land Near RV Hall of Fame

A Goshen-based manufacturer could be expanding into Elkhart, Ind., soon, according to a report from the Elkhart Truth.

Real estate firm FM Stone announced it helped auto and RV parts maker GDC Corp. purchase a 73,660-square-foot building near the RV/MH Hall of Fame north of Elkhart. The industrial building is located at 22428 Elkhart East Blvd. GDC manufactures foams, felts and rubber products for the automotive, industrial and RV industries, such as gaskets, seals and tank insulators, among others. The building would be an additional location for GDC, which now has five locations, according to a press release from FM Stone.

GDC supplies more than 150 million parts annually to companies like Ford, Toyota and more, and has about 350,000 square feet of space between all its locations, according to the release.
