The RV Dealers Association has updated its mobile app with a new look and content. The upgrade also offers users new and enhanced features that make the app more intuitive and easier to use, according to the association. The RVDA app can be found in the Apple App Store and Google Play by searching “RVDA.”
Those attending the 2019 RV Dealers Convention/Expo can use the app to plan their itinerary, view any workshop by track and time or by speaker, watch previews of workshops, complete simple session evaluations, view handouts, and use interactive maps of the exhibit hall, workshops, and the meeting facilities. The app improves a user’s overall convention experience by making all the event details readily available on their smartphone, but dealers can benefit year-round by using the app.
“Creating personalized schedules, getting up-to-the-minute alerts, and having easy access to maps, handouts, and exhibitor listings all work together to create a valuable tool everyone can use to get more out of the convention,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.
Some of the app’s other features include: a member resource area filled with the information most requested by members, a resource library, access to industry news articles, a complete listing of expo workshops and speakers, member directories, RVDA’s social media links, and a connect feature that lets users interact.
All available speaker handouts for workshops will be accessible in digital format on users’ smartphones and tablets. Additionally, there are in-app features that let attendees easily complete workshop and convention evaluations. These features eliminate wasted resources and free attendees from paperwork.
