The RV Dealers Association began its 23rd Dealer Satisfaction Index survey online today.
The survey allows dealerships to provide feedback and ratings for manufacturers, and is the basis of the RV Dealers Association’s DSI Awards that are typically announced during the RVDA Convention/Expo in November.
During the survey, dealers rate manufacturer’s on a scale from one to five in the categories of reliability/quality, parts, warranty, sales and overall. Dealers are also asked to provide a one-to-ten rating on how likely they would be to recommend the brand to a friend in a different market.
Responses to the survey are confidential and tabulated by an independent research company. Only aggregate numbers are released, according to RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.
Dealers should complete one survey for each dealership location.
