The RV Dealers Association of Canada has recently released the Canadian RV Industry Payroll Survey, which focuses on providing current compensation and benefits market data for RV dealership personnel across Canada.
The services of MNP have been retained to administer and conduct the 2019 RVDA of Canada Payroll Survey and to compile the data for publication. Data for this survey is collected from all dealership departments from entry-level to management positions representing 37 job categories.
This survey is conducted annually between January and April with the results analyzed and tabulated by June. A copy of this summary will only be provided to participating dealerships.
This survey is open to all RVDA of Canada members regardless of size.
