As Memorial Day, the traditional kick-off to summer, fast approaches, the RV Dealers Association wants to remind its members that its career center can be a great resource for dealers and other companies that want to add to their staff during this busy season.
Launched in 2020 in partnership with Naylor Association Solutions, the site has been designed as an easy-to-use and highly targeted resource to fill job openings.
Dealers and other RV-related companies can use the website portal to reach experienced and qualified candidates looking for employment in the RV industry. Employers can post jobs online, search for job seekers based on specific criteria and receive email alerts when a qualified candidate posts their resume.
