As a longtime business coach and leadership consultant with over two decades of experience, Kaehr is known for helping organizations improve team performance, customer engagement and operational focus.

Kaehr’s first workshop, part of the fixed operations education track, “The Customer Call: Navigating Tough Conversations with Confidence” will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2-3 p.m.

In this session, Kaehr draws on his background as a high school and college basketball official to help attendees manage high-pressure customer situations with clarity and poise.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • De-escalate tense customer interactions by actively listening, validating concerns and responding with confidence
  • Use tone, body language and phrasing to maintain control during high-stress conversations
  • Turn conflict into connection by offering practical solutions and delivering the “kind truth”

Kaehr’s second workshop, featured in the business innovation education track, “Shifting Gears: Navigating Change in Sales & Finance with Confidence” takes place on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 3:15-4:15 p.m.

Designed for sales professionals and dealership leaders, this session helps attendees approach change — whether driven by market shifts, internal restructuring or evolving customer demands — with intentionality and purpose.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Maintain control of their mindset during uncertainty to lead with purpose instead of fear
  • Align personal values with professional decisions to stay grounded through change
  • Reframe change as a growth opportunity to increase adaptability and resilience

In addition to the two breakout sessions, Kaehr will also lead a half-day leadership development course titled “Discovering Your Leadership Brand and Increasing Your Impact” on Tuesday, Nov. 11, from 8 to 11:45 a.m.

This intensive workshop will guide participants through personal reflection and assessments to help them define their leadership style and build a customized action plan for greater authenticity and effectiveness. The half-day course is offered in conjunction with the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo for an additional $124 fee and has been made possible by Gulf Stream Coach for ten consecutive years.
