RVDA Con/Expo Workshop Spotlights Website Efficiency
First-time RVDA Convention/Expo speaker Aubrey Amborn will present a workshop on how dealers can optimize their website, as one of many educational and informative presentations scheduled for the annual gathering of dealers.
During her workshop, “Personalize & Scale the Consumer Path to Purchase,” she’ll give attendees a better understanding of the modern consumer who has a higher set of expectations than in previous generations. She believes that for retailers to succeed in an environment where rising consumer expectations clash with staffing shortages, they need to take advantage of online tools that convert their website into their smartest, most effective salesperson.
The workshop is scheduled for 3:15 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, during the 2023 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, which will be Nov. 6-10 at Paris Las Vegas.
During the workshop, attendees will learn:
- Steps to making your website work smarter and harder, using tools already available
- Ways to personalize the shopper experience by delivering the specific information each website visitor is looking for
- Methods to leverage digital word of mouth (social media and online reviews) to stand out online and drive brand equity
Amborn is director of sales for InteractRV. She has built strategic partnership programs with companies such as Land ’N’ Sea, the U.S. Auto Force, Keystone and NTP-STAG that have allowed more turnkey online solutions to service customers with more ease.
The RV Dealers Convention/Expo convention brings together North America’s top dealership personnel for a week of in-person networking and continuing education workshops designed for dealership owners and general managers, salespeople, fixed ops workers, F&I department and digital marketing professionals.
