RVDA Con/Expo Workshop Targets Dealer Performance, Margins
Michael Rees, president of A World of Training and Spader Business Management 20 group facilitator, will deliver a pair of informative workshops in the dealer/GM track at the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, being held Nov. 8 – 12 at Paris Las Vegas.
“Excellent, or World-Class?” takes place from 10:15 – 11:15 a.m. PT on Thursday, Nov. 11. This workshop will show attendees how to take their dealerships to the next level where excellence is no longer sufficient.
The learning objectives for this session include:
- Five reasons why employees stay working at a better class dealership.
- Knowing the difference – what kind of dealership does one have?
- Taking it up a notch – simple tips to stand out from the crowd.
A second session, “Higher Margins – Mindset, Inventory, Processes and More,” is set for 3:15 – 4:15 p.m. PT that same Thursday. Rees will take dealers through specific actions and processes that, if implemented, will help dealers retain increased margins.
The learning objectives for this session include:
- Processes – The best way to control margins without losing business to competition.
- Mindset – “Upping your game” while working with customers, both internal and external.
- Inventory – Avoid the common mistakes made in good times that will reduce margins in the future.
- Additional fees or not? – Plusses and Minuses for both – what is right for a dealer?
