RVDA Convention Workshop To Cover Hiring, Technician Retention

DealerPRO RV Training’s CEO and founder Don Reed will share effective strategies and best practices to address the technician shortage and build a workforce that drives business growth during a workshop at the upcoming RV Dealers Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.

The ongoing technician shortage continues to be a major issue in the RV industry, creating both operational and financial challenges for dealerships. It’s more critical than ever to focus on retaining skilled technicians and developing a long-term strategy to ensure a steady supply of top-tier talent.

At 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, Reed will present “Technician Recruitment: Best Practices for Hiring & Retaining Top Talent” as part of the fixed operations and dealer/GM education track.
