RVDA & CSI Webinar To Cover Improving RV Customer Retention


The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) and Customer Service Intelligence (CSI) will hold a 30-minute webinar on Wednesday, April 24, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.

The webinar, “Help Me Solve…the Mystery of Customer Retention and Improving Net Promoter Scores (NPS),” will focus on the power of customer feedback when buying or servicing an RV to help retain customers and enhance productivity. RV dealers can register here.

During the webinar, dealers will learn about the following:

    • Understanding customer retention and NPS and the importance to your dealership.
    • Assessing the current performance of your processes and staff.
    • Strategies for improving customer retention and boosting NPS scores.
    • Implementing changes and measuring success.
