RVDA, KPA To Hold Year-End Regulatory Wrap-Up Webinar
The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) and KPA will co-host a Year-End Regulatory Wrap-Up webinar on Wednesday, Dec. 3, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern designed to help RV dealers prepare for 2026 with confidence and compliance. The live session — featuring KPA compliance experts Zach Pucillo and Amanda Rawls — will provide timely updates on federal regulations and practical guidance for strengthening RV dealership safety programs.
The presenters will break down the most important regulatory changes of the past year, including recent OSHA and EPA updates that directly affect RV fixed operations, service departments and overall dealership risk management. Attendees will also learn actionable steps to ensure their dealership’s safety program is complete, current and aligned with evolving requirements.
“Dealers are dealing with an increasingly complex regulatory environment and staying informed is essential,” said Phil Ingrassia, RVDA President. “This webinar gives dealership leaders practical tools and insights they can use right away to strengthen workplace safety and reduce compliance risks.”
“Safety pays for itself versus what it could cost you in the case of an inspection or an incident at your dealership,” added Pucillo and Rawls, underscoring the financial, operational and reputational risks dealers face when compliance gaps lead to fines, violations or workplace incidents.
Key topics include:
- How to evaluate whether your RV dealership’s safety program is up to date
- New OSHA and EPA regulatory developments and what they mean for day-to-day operations
- Best practices for training, documentation and incident prevention
- Practical tools for reducing risk exposure and avoiding costly penalties
This webinar is recommended for dealership owners, general managers, HR professionals, fixed operations leaders and anyone responsible for workplace safety or compliance.
