RVDA will honor RV brands built by 13 manufacturers with its “Quality Circle Award” during the RV Industry Awards Celebration on Wednesday, Nov. 29, at the Mercury Ballroom in downtown Louisville, Ky.
These brands, manufacturers, and product categories received at least 15 dealer responses and scored 4.25 or above on a 5-point scale in overall dealer satisfaction in the association’s 24th Annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.
“Quality Circle Awards recognize manufacturers that dealers rated the highest in several important areas of dealer and customer support,” said Tim Wegge, RVDA chairman of the board. “Their commitment ultimately helps dealers serve their customers with better quality products and aftercare, in turn promoting the growth of the whole industry.”
The towable RV manufacturers receiving awards are:
- Airstream
- Forest River (XLR)
- Grand Design (Imagine, Momentum, Reflection, Solitude)
- Gulf Stream (Vintage Cruiser/Vista Cruiser)
- Heartland (North Trail/Wilderness)
- Keystone (Cougar/X-lite, Springdale/Summerland/Residence)
- K-Z (Spree/Spree Connect/Spree Escape)
- Lance (travel trailers/toy haulers, truck campers)
- Livin’ Lite
The motorized RV manufacturers/product categories receiving awards are: Airstream, Gulf Stream, Leisure Travel Vans/Triple E, Newmar, Pleasure-Way, and Tiffin.
The 24th annual DSI survey was conducted between August and October 2017. Four hundred and fifty U.S. and Canadian dealers responded to the survey this year and provided 2,590 brand ratings, an average of almost six per dealer.
