RVDA of Canada Expands Bursary Program With NTP-STAG Canada
The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) of Canada announced an expanded bursary program in collaboration with NTP-STAG Canada, provider of aftermarket products, parts and accessories to Canadian RV dealers. This partnership reinforces a shared commitment to advancing education and career development for RV service technicians and dealership personnel across the country.
The enhanced bursary program will award one $5,000 bursary and nine $1,000 bursaries each year to eligible RV service technicians across all Canadian provinces who are enrolled in RV apprenticeship or related educational programs. In addition, four $500 bursaries will be awarded annually to RV dealerships and their fixed operations staff who complete approved education programs.
Since 2017, NTP-STAG Canada has awarded a total of $87,500 in bursaries to support the future of RV service technicians and fixed operations personnel.
“We are excited to continue our partnership with NTP-STAG Canada,” said Eleonore Hamm, president at RVDA of Canada. “Their commitment to expanding our bursary program is a clear testament to their continued dedication to the professional development of RV technicians and dealership personnel. Together, we’re building a stronger future for Canada’s RV industry.”
“At NTP-Stag we continue to believe that investing in the future is an obligation we all share. RVDA of Canada’s RV Technician and Fixed Operations Personnel Bursaries program is one small way we can help,” said Bill Rogers, president of NTP-STAG. “For several years we have tried to help support the next generation of technicians and operators through contributions to programs like this. We hope this year’s winners will continue to help our consumers, dealers and suppliers.”
