Every year during the first week of June, the RV industry celebrates the people who keep RV adventures moving.
RV Tech Week 2026, taking place June 1-5 across North America, shines a spotlight on RV service technicians and the highly skilled work they perform every day to keep RVs safe, functional and road-ready.
This year’s campaign theme — “27 Skills. One RV Tech. Every Adventure.” — recognizes the extraordinary range of trade disciplines RV technicians draw upon daily. Their work spans electrical systems, plumbing, propane, refrigeration, appliances, diagnostics, carpentry, structural repair, solar systems and more.
“RV technicians are the people who keep the RV lifestyle moving,” said RVDA of Canada President Eleonore Hamm. “Their expertise, problem-solving and dedication help families create unforgettable travel experiences across Canada every day. RV Tech Week is an opportunity to recognize these skilled professionals, celebrate the important work they do behind the scenes and inspire the next generation to explore careers in this dynamic trade.”
As RV technology continues to evolve and demand for skilled trades grows across North America, RV Tech Week also aims to raise awareness of RV careers among students, apprentices and career changers seeking hands-on, rewarding work.
Throughout the week, RV dealerships, repair facilities, manufacturers, suppliers, campgrounds and industry businesses across North America are encouraged to participate by:
- Sharing technician stories and photos
- Hosting appreciation events
- Highlighting career opportunities
- Posting educational content
- Celebrating their service teams online and in-store
RVDA of Canada also invited consumers to join the celebration by thanking the technicians who helped keep their RV adventures alive and sharing their stories online using #RVTechWeek.
