RVDA of Canada Touts 2025 Dealer Award Nominees

The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) of Canada is proud to announce the four nominees for the 36th Annual Walt Paseska Memorial Canadian RV Dealer of the Year Award. This prestigious honour recognizes exceptional contributions to the Canadian RV industry and exemplifies the highest standards of dealer excellence.
Established in 1989 in honour of Walt Paseska, one of the founding members of RVDA of Canada, the award celebrates Canadian RV dealers who demonstrate outstanding commitment to the industry, advancing dealer interests and promoting the RV lifestyle, serving RV consumers with excellence, and supporting their communities.
The 2025 nominees are:
- Marco & Mylaine Boudreault — E. Boudreault VR, Ancienne-Lorette, Quebec
Leading the family business established in the mid-1980s, Marco and Mylaine have built E. Boudreault VR into a powerhouse in the RV service sector. With over 23 full-time employees, their dealership specializes in repair, maintenance, parts, accessories, and sales, all centered around their core value of exceptional customer service and their motto “A Family Like Ours.”
- Travis Bromley — Transcona Trailer Sales, Winnipeg, Manitoba
With 23 years in the industry and a decade as Dealer Principal/GM, Travis continues his family’s 60-year legacy in Winnipeg’s RV industry. A strong industry leader serving on the RVDA of Manitoba Board since 2016, he spearheaded the highly praised merger of Manitoba’s RV and Marine Shows and continues to bring fresh, innovative strategies to show management. Beyond business innovation, Travis actively supports his community through fundraising initiatives and charity BBQs benefitting local shelters.
- Jonathan Stone — Stone’s RV & Home Centre, Truro, Nova Scotia
President and co-owner of Stone’s RV & Home Center with 27 years in the industry and 15 as Dealer Principal, Jonathan is part of the second generation leading this family enterprise founded in 1975. Under his leadership, Stone’s RV maintains an A+ BBB rating and continues the legacy of trust and personal service established by his parents over 50 years ago. He represents Atlantic Canada as a director on the RVDA of Canada and Go RVing Canada boards.
- Richard Taché — Earlton RV Centre, Earlton, Ontario
Richard has grown from store manager in 2010 to owner of multiple dealerships including Timmins RV, Kapuskasing RV, Nighthawk RV, and Sutton Bay Campground. Named the 2024 Ontario RVDA RV Dealer of the Year, Richard is a dedicated industry advocate serving on the Ontario RVDA Board of Directors and Education Committee, where he champions standardized training and an apprenticeship program for RV technicians. In 2023, he launched the highly successful Camp Life RV Show in Timmins.
Selection Process
Each nominee was selected by their provincial RVDA and evaluated by a selection committee of five previous Canadian RV Dealer of the Year award winners: Al Robinson (Great Canadian RV), Andy Thomson (Can-Am RV Centre), Roland Goreski (Campkin’s RV Centre), Jason Friesen (Voyager RV Centre), Jeff and Kyle Redmond (Bucars RV Centre).
The selection committee is overseen by Eleonore Hamm, president of RVDA of Canada, with assistance from Melanie Taylor, associate publisher of RV Lifestyle Magazine and RV Dealer News, founding sponsor of the award.
Award Presentation
The 2025 Canadian RV Dealer of the Year will be announced during the RVDA of Canada Annual Meeting on Nov. 12 at 8:45 a.m. at the RV Dealers Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.
