RVDA of Canada Unveils 2025 RV Industry Compensation Study Findings

The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) of Canada announced the release of the insights from its comprehensive 2025 RV Industry Compensation Study.

The annual survey, conducted by The Portage Group, provides RVDA of Canada members with vital compensation and benefits data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance operational excellence across the Canadian RV dealership community.

The 2025 study gathered robust data from 52 participating RV dealerships, representing 648 unique positions and a remarkable 879 employees across Canada. The extensive participation underscores the industry’s commitment to data-driven insights and provides a strong foundation for reliable benchmarks.
