RVDA Offers Con/Expo Sessions Focused on RECT
Dealers interested in improving Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT) can access several valuable workshops related to this important topic on-demand as part of the virtual 2020 RVDA Convention/Expo. The content is accessible through Jan. 31.
“Each RV repair order has a start date and a completion date. RECT is the amount of time that passes between those two dates,” RVDA said. “In more basic terms – RECT is the amount of time it takes to repair a unit. On-demand sessions on the convention/expo virtual platform demonstrate how RECT can improve in a few ways, including better management processes and customer communication.”
In addition, some sessions qualify fixed operations professionals for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits that may be applied to recertification offered through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. To view all the sessions that qualify for CEUs, click here.
“These convention/expo sessions offer a convenient and cost-effective way for dealers to provide continuing education to their fixed operations team members who are on the front lines in dealing with RECT,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “The sessions can be accessed 24/7 and focus on some of the top customer service issues facing RV dealership personnel, so they’re valuable for anyone working in parts and service management.”
