RVDA, the National RV Dealers Association, has launched a revitalized career center at careers.rvda.org in partnership with Naylor Association Solutions. Dealers now have access to an easy-to-use and highly targeted resource to fill job openings at their dealership. The RVDA Career Center can also be accessed through the Careers tab on the RVDA website.
Dealers and other RV-related companies can use the website portal to reach experienced and qualified candidates looking for employment in the RV industry. Employers can post jobs online, search for job seekers based on specific criteria, and receive email alerts when a qualified candidate posts their resume.
Dealers can register and post job openings anytime. If assistance is needed with setting up an account or posting a job, the customer service team can be reached at 1-888-491-8833 Ext. 2796.
Job seekers can post resumes and create a profile at no charge.
Because the site was recently re-launched there’s been very little activity so far, but the RVDA notes that as the site develops, the site will populate with job opportunities and job seekers.
