RVDA’s VP of Administration Officially Retires

RVDA annual meetingHepp

As expected, RVDA Vice President of Administration Ronnie Hepp is retiring this month after more than 27 years of service to the association.

“Ronnie has been instrumental in providing guidance and support to RVDA volunteer leaders past and present, served as the staff’s team leader on the Convention/Expo, as well as the association’s facilities and IT leader,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “We are also thrilled that Ronnie will be inducted into the RV/MH Hall of Fame in August.”

After serving as an administrator for the ROTC at Bowling Green State University and for the U.S. Army, Hepp joined RVDA in 1994. In addition to administering the RVDA Board, she also served as a key staff contact for the Mike Molino RV Learning Center Board of Directors, the RV Assistance Corporation Board of Directors, and the RVDA-RVIA RV Technician Certification Governing Board.

While with RVDA, she earned the Certified Association Executive designation from American Society of Association Executives.

“RVDA and its members owe Ronnie a huge debt of gratitude for her years of service to dealers and the industry,” said past RVDA Chairman Ron Shepherd of Camperland of Oklahoma. “We wish her and her husband Bob all the best in the coming years.”

Andy Heck of Alpin Haus, another past RVDA Chairman, added, “I can say from first-hand experience from the convention and on an everyday basis, Ronnie was always there to help dealers and the industry as a whole.”

Hepp was honored during a dinner at the March RVDA Board meeting and a special reception at RVDA headquarters on March 17.
