After holding last year’s virtual seminar, the RV Industry Association will return to hosting the Regulatory & Safety Compliance Seminar (formerly titled, “NHTSA Seminar”) in-person, complimentary to all members.
The event takes place Wednesday, Sept. 8 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET in the Crystal Ballroom at the Lerner Theatre in Elkhart, Ind.
The seminar will focus on the following compliance and recall topics:
- NHTSA and Transport Canada labeling requirements
- How to improve recall completion rates
- The basics of Early Warning Reporting (EWR) requirements.
There will be a keynote presentation given by Josh Neff and Alex Ansley of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, followed by a panel consisting of industry compliance veterans where attendees will have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Light breakfast will be provided.
All interested parties are invited, particularly those that have compliance responsibilities, wish to learn more about safety and recall processes or are involved in gathering data related to EWR.
