The RV Industry Association (RVIA)’s Leadership Conference has commenced in Austin, Texas.
Taking place this week from Tuesday, March 10, through Thursday, March 12, this is an exciting opportunity to engage with the executives and rising leaders driving the RV industry forward.
In attendance are RV industry manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, campgrounds, media and marketing leaders.
Here’s a brief overview of the Conference schedule:

Tuesday, March 10: The RV Industry Association looks forward to welcoming attendees to its opening reception this evening! This is the perfect way to kick off the conference and connect with colleagues. Those arriving early can start the day by joining an optional round of golf in the afternoon.

Wednesday, March 11: The second day of the Conference will start with a Team-Building Scavenger Hunt, followed by an Industry Leadership Panel and Mitch Mitchem’s keynote presentation. The Park Perspectives panel will take place later in the afternoon, followed by Captain David Marquet’s Intent-Based Leadership Workshop. A reception is scheduled for that evening.

Thursday, March 12: The Leadership Conference’s final day will start off with the Emerging Leaders Coalition Graduation & Induction ceremony. Additional activities that morning will include keynote speaker Rohit Bhargava, a second set of Park Perspectives, Blake Michelle Morgan’s Customer-Focused Workshop, and the RV Business Leadership Awards. Early afternoon events will include a Worldwide Trends Panel and keynote speaker Todd Gongwer. The day will conclude with outdoor group activities and the closing reception.
