The RV Industry Association (RVIA)’s State Government Affairs team is continuing to review relevant RV industry legislation.
Some of the most significant trends focus on PFAS bans or reporting, electric vehicles and EV infrastructure, and right to repair (R2R) legislation.
As some state legislatures begin to wrap up their 2024 sessions, the RV Industry Association’s team has already reviewed more than 1,647 pieces of legislation and is actively monitoring or lobbying on about 135 of those bills.
