The RV Industry Association (RVIA) announced its CEO Panel participants for its upcoming Leadership Conference in Bonita Springs, Florida.
“One of the most talked about sessions during the 2023 Leadership Conference was the CEO Panel,” the association said. “Well, we’re back with a new set of key industry leaders offering their unique perspective on how they developed their own personal leadership style and used it to build brands that have earned loyal customers.”
“What do they wish they had known earlier in their journey, and how do they use these learnings to identify, support and nurture the future leaders of their companies?”
The panel will take place during the 2024 conference March 5-7. This year’s panelists include:
- Don Clark, Grand Design RV president and CEO
- Jon Ferrando, Blue Compass RV president and CEO
- Mary Pouliot, Thetford and Norcold executive vice president
- Moderated by Craig Kirby, RVIA president and CEO
Registration is open for the RV Industry Association’s 2024 Leadership Conference. The event is designed to help nurture talent, provide a space to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues and connect with the next generation of leaders in the RV industry, RVIA said.
