RVIA’s Craig Kirby Writes ‘Birthday Letter to America’ for Time Capsule
As part of Business for America’s “A Birthday Letter to America” time capsule, RV Industry Association (RVIA) President and CEO Craig Kirby shared a letter celebrating the RV industry’s role in America’s 250-year story, according to an RVIA News & Insights report.
Business for America is celebrating leading voices across businesses, chambers of commerce, trade associations and business organizations featuring their reflections on entrepreneurship, innovation, service, opportunity and the people who make America work.
Kirby’s letter highlights the values RVing shares with the American experience while recognizing the manufacturers, dealers, suppliers, technicians, campgrounds, elected leaders and small businesses that have built and supported the industry over more than a century. It underscores the RV industry’s economic and community impact, including its $159 billion contribution to the U.S. economy.
“RVing has become one of America’s most enduring traditions because it reflects the very values that have defined our nation for 250 years: independence, innovation, self-reliance and the freedom to choose your own path,” Kirby wrote.
RV brands and organizations are encouraged to participate in Business for America’s time capsule by submitting their own letter commemorating America’s 250th birthday and sharing how their business or organization is contributing to the American story.
