The RV Industry Association (RVIA) supports the enactment of RV-specific laws governing the RV dealer/manufacturer relationship in all states.
In Maryland, the RV Industry Association said it has worked with legislators on bills that will establish an industry negotiated and agreed upon model law to govern the relationship between RV dealers and RV manufacturers.
These laws provide reciprocal advantages for RV dealers and benefit consumers.
Last Thursday, RVIA Director of State Government Affairs Michael Ochs testified in favor of the bill, along with Greg Merkel of Leo’s Vacation Center in Gambrills, Maryland, for the dealers.
