The Weekly Facebook Live show RVing in New England, hosted by the New England RV Dealers Association (NERVDA), was scheduled to discuss recent industry news surrounding “megadealers” and the RV dealership landscape across the U.S.
Co-hosted by Bob Zagami and John DiPietro, the show airs at 7 p.m. EDT on Wednesdays. Recordings can be found on the duo’s podcast site here.
“The past few months have seen some unexpected headlines from three of the largest megadealers in the RV industry today,” show coordinators said. “After many years of industry consolidation, with megadealers acquiring many previously independent dealerships, we now have powerful companies with multiple locations spread throughout the country.
“We now have a landscape that is separated into two major segments, the megadealers and the remaining independent — many family-owned — dealers that enjoy the role they play in our industry.
“We’ll talk about the industry news and how our fans look at the changing landscape of the industry and how they think these changes will impact their buying decisions in the years ahead. Join us for an interesting look at where our industry is today.”
