RVLI, a national RV aftermarket manufacturer’s representative agency, has closed on the acquisition of ARC Sales, an RV aftermarket manufacturer’s representative agency based in Elkhart, Indiana, from current owner Kurt Free.
The acquisition brings four new suppliers to the RVLI portfolio: Milenco, Optronics, Watts AquaLock and WackO Products, effective Aug. 1.

As part of this integration, we have modified our existing vendor portfolio to make room for these new lines to ensure the maximum amount of support, service and coverage,” says Reese Bischoff, owner and national sales manager for RVLI. “Kurt Free will be working with us on a consultancy basis through the transition period.”
