RVs On This Week’s NHTSA Recall List

Several RV manufacturers have products listed on this week’s National Highway Transportation Safety Administration recall list.

Lance Camper’s 2018-2021 Lance Travel Trailers have stove saddle valves that may leak gas. Two recall numbers were issued in this instance: 20V619 and 20V620.

Daimler Vans USA announced that its 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 1500, Sprinter 2500, Sprinter 3500 and Sprinter 4500 have a damaged brake hose that may result in a leak. The recall number is 20V631.

Forest River said its 2019-21 Forest River Cherokee has shore cord inlet wiring insulation that may cause a fire. The recall number is 20V654. The company also said that its 2021 Forest River Cardinal has a furnace fresh air intake sleeve that’s too short. The recall number for that is 20V655. And, the 2019-21 Forest River Palomino has an antenna wing that may detach. The recall number is 20V656,
