The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) has hired Halle Edmister as its new account specialist.
Her responsibilities will include working with dealer relations, as well as attending recruitment events and managing the institute’s LMS system.
This year, RVTI is heavily focused on recruitment, and Edmister’s hire was necessary to support that, the organization said.
RVTI has said it plans to recruit 1,000 new RV technicians into the industry this year.
Edmister previously worked at Furrion and has been a member of the RV Women’s Alliance since March 2020.
“I’m a very outgoing person,” Edmister said. “I love meeting new people and talking with them. I enjoy learning their stories and learning about the industry.
“I’m excited and ready to help where I can. I’m really looking forward to working with the team.”
