Due to the overwhelming interest in the RV Technical Institute’s new online Level 1 training, a third session has been made available and is now open for registration, according to the RVTI. The next session will run Tuesday, June 23- Thursday, July 2.
The interactive online classes are taught by RV Technical Institute trainers on the Zoom platform. The new, online delivery platform allows RV technicians to continue to be trained and receive the only industry-wide certification while following appropriate social distancing guidelines.
The next session will be delivered in four-hour increments from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, June 23-25 and then June 30-July2.
The RVTI says as it moves to this new virtual setting, hands-on training remains a cornerstone of the brand-new curriculum. The hands-on labs are demonstrated during the online instruction class and students then perform these labs on their own.
Textbook support materials are distributed electronically through the RV Technical Institute’s learning management system.
Class participants will be given two weeks to complete their certification testing (first test attempt included in the $275 course fee) via an online system using Proctor U. Those that pass the test will then become RV Technical Institute Level 1 certified.
