RVTI Shares Curriculum at Tech Career Conference
The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) attended the Association for Career and Technical Education’s Region 3 Annual Conference, June 9-11, in Joliet, Illinois.
“The Association for Career and Technical Education’s regional conferences continue to be a great platform for us to share information on the RV Technical Institute’s curriculum and connect with attendees interested in the RV tech career. This is also an opportunity for us to speak with educators about our program, who in turn share it with interested students,” says Halle Howard, RVTI’s account specialist. “We’re excited to continue our recruitment initiative, and we look forward to sharing our efforts at the fourth Association for Career and Technical Education conference later this year.”
During these education-focused conferences, the RV Technical Institute shares its curriculum and the RV technician career path with audience members who are interested in learning more about the field. Additionally, these events help the Institute connect with high schools interested in incorporating the institute’s curriculum. This would allow the school’s students to participate in RV technician training and potentially even graduate with Level 1 certifications.
Ultimately, both of these opportunities, which are possible due to attending conferences such as the ones hosted by the Association for Career and Technical Education, help RVTI advance its efforts to recruit more technicians and keep RVers on the road.
