RVTI To Attend NTP-STAG Expo With Littleton Public Schools
The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) will be attending the 2025 NTP-STAG Expo taking place next Monday, Jan. 20 to Tuesday, Jan. 21 at the Gaylord of the Rockies Resort in Aurora, Colorado.
The industry-only annual distributor show provides customers exclusive access to manufacturer product showcases, educational seminars, show-only promotions, special events and industry networking opportunities.
The RV Technical Institute will be attending the expo on Jan. 21 to connect with potential Location Subscribers and Authorized Learning Partners, as well as educate attendees on the institute’s mission.
The institute will be at the event in partnership with Colorado-based Littleton Public Schools, who received a special invite on behalf of the institute and NTP-STAG – 42 high school students and four chaperones will be present from Littleton Public Schools.
The RV Technical Institute hopes that this initiative will raise awareness within the education sector that the institute is willing to partner with additional high schools who would incorporate the training program into their school curriculum. As a result, the institute’s training could ultimately reach more high school students who are interested in the RV technician career path.
The RV Technical Institute and Littleton Public Schools’ partnership first launched last year when the institute’s Level 1 curriculum was incorporated into Littleton’s EPIC Campus, which offers students hands-on experience and a potential pathway to a rewarding career.
EPIC’s inaugural Level 1 training session was attended by eight Littleton junior and senior high school students. The RV Technical Institute has been eager to expand its involvement with EPIC Campus and encourages other RV industry companies to support this initiative.
Now, by attending the upcoming Expo with Littleton Public Schools, the RV Technical Institute hopes to highlight this partnership and its other educational partners to the RV industry.
“One way we’re trying to increase the number of service techs is through reaching younger generations who may be interested in this field,” says Justin Rickett, RV Technical Institute’s senior manager of recruitment. “Incorporating our training program into high schools’ curriculums is a great way for students to learn about the RV technician career path and possibly even become a certified Level 1 technician prior to graduation.”
He added, “The RV Technical Institute would like to thank NTP-STAG for allowing us to attend in partnership with Littleton Public Schools. The entire team over at NTP-STAG is very welcoming and great to work alongside. We would also like to thank Whitney Holtz, President of Windish RV Center, for connecting Littleton Public Schools’ EPIC Campus with the RV Technical Institute, which ultimately led to this partnership. The RV Technical Institute is so thankful to have industry partners like NTP-STAG, Windish RV, and Littleton Public Schools to help drive our mission to recruit, train and certify the industry’s next generation of RV technicians.”
