The rental education track at the 2019 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will include an hour-long workshop from Paige Bouma, VP for Trader Interactive’s recreational brands. Bouma, a new convention speaker, has extensive experience in digital advertising, large-scale partnerships, customer service, and dealership consultation.
Bouma’s “The Rise of the RV Renter: Tapping into the Newest RV Revenue Stream” workshop starts at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, and features exclusive research into who rental consumers are – from demographics to their online behaviors. Over half of these individuals rent an RV two to three times before purchasing, and 76 percent of renters say they are likely to buy in the next 2 years. Bouma will share insights needed to convert these consumers time and time again.
During this workshop attendees will learn:
- What separates an RV renter from an RV buyer
- Ways to meet an RV renters’ expectations for their rental experience
- How to create an environment to help convert renters into buyers
