The event will take place from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 1, on the Big Stage in the RV Lifestyle Village in Hall 5, located at International Centre, 6900 Airport Road in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
The keynote speaker for the event will be Karen Kelly, founder of K2 Performance Consulting.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, she has honed her skills as a dynamic sales trainer, coach and speaker to help business owners unlock their full potential.
“Karen brings a unique blend of expertise, energy, and practicality to her clients. She understands the challenges faced by business owners firsthand. Her sessions are known to ‘rehumanize’ the sales process. Instilling belief, action and confidence that drive tangible results for her clients,” the companies said.
Beyond her training work, Kelly is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences and events as well as the host of the K2 Sales Podcast. With her guidance, business owners gain the awareness, tools and motivation to take their business to the next level.
“We felt strongly that we wanted to support the RV Women’s Alliance and follow up on last year’s introductory breakfast, and we are extremely excited to have Karen present to our Exhibitors on Friday morning before what we hope is a very busy weekend for everyone,” said Shannon O’Callaghan, CRVA’s show director.
“The RV industry is getting through a most challenging time, and we all need to be reminded about reestablishing basic tools and getting back to relationship selling post COVID,” said Shane Devenish, CRVA’s president. “We are confident that everyone will benefit from Karen’s expertise.”
“The RVWA remains committed to growing its Canadian membership and we look forward to welcoming both men and women to join us for an opportunity to network and elevate through education on March 1 during the RV Show,” said Stacey Robinson, co-owner of Great Canadian RV and RVWA board member. “The fact that March 1 is the beginning of Women’s History Month makes the event that more special!”
