RVWA Highlights Emerging Leaders for Annual Awards
The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) has announced the finalists for its prestigious annual awards, pulling from an impressive pool of 50-plus applications. The winner will be announced at the awards dinner on Thursday, Oct. 15, during the RV Women’s Alliance Education Symposium.
“There’s something so powerful about being surrounded by people who lead with passion, lift others up, and believe in building a stronger, more inclusive RV industry together,” said Samantha Bose of Ace Adventure Co., RV Women’s Alliance board member.
About the Award
The RV Women’s Alliance Leader of Tomorrow Award recognizes a woman who is making a big impact on the RV industry during the beginning stages of her career. The future of the RV industry depends on the cultivation of strong, creative and hardworking women who will become tomorrow’s leaders. Thus, the Leader of Tomorrow Award is presented annually to an RV Women’s Alliance individual member in order to recognize up and comers dedicated to empowering women in the industry.
Meet the Finalists:
Catherine Barsanti | Sr. Manager of Creative at RVIA

Barsanti is helping shape the future of the RV industry by translating complex organizational goals into creative, engaging experiences for audiences across the entire RV ecosystem. As head of creative for the RV Industry Association (RVIA), RV Technical Institute and Go RVing, she leads creative strategy across digital experiences, photography, video, social media, training resources and brand communications, ensuring each audience — from industry professionals and technicians to prospective and current RVers — has a clear and compelling connection to the industry. Since joining the RV Industry Association in 2021, Barsanti has expanded her role from digital media and graphic design into strategic leadership, driving website improvements, major event media operations and industry-wide initiatives. She also serves as staff liaison for the RV Industry Emerging Leaders Coalition and actively mentors emerging professionals, while contributing to the RV Women’s Alliance mission through education, advocacy and mentorship. Her combination of creative expertise, strategic thinking and commitment to developing others positions her as a rising voice in the next generation of RV industry leadership.
Madi White | Sales Director at Brinkley RV

After just four short years in the RV industry, White has established herself as a rising leader and one of the few women to reach the role of OEM representative — impressively doing so before the age of 25. Her path from sales and marketing support to industry representative in less than three years reflects her relentless initiative, willingness to learn and determination to take on every opportunity in front of her. White has embraced every side of the business, from marketing and product knowledge to training, dealer relationships, consumer events and industry shows. Her signature question, “What can I do to help?” captures the energy she brings to every team and every challenge. She consistently raises her hand when others need support, whether that means traveling outside her territory, covering an event, creating product videos or helping customers and dealers. Beyond her professional accomplishments, White is committed to strengthening relationships across the industry and ensuring that both dealers and consumers are heard. Her leadership, enthusiasm and commitment to bringing people together are helping broaden opportunities for women while contributing to a stronger RV industry.
Ronnetha Morman | Marketing and Operations Manager at Campers Inn RV

Since joining Campers Inn RV in 2022, Ronnetha has transformed the way the company communicates, collaborates and recognizes its people. Coming from local television with no RV industry experience, she quickly grew from communications and content specialist to brand manager while taking on challenges well beyond her formal role. She built the company’s first internal communications platform, launched a company-wide newsletter that now connects employees and leadership across dozens of locations, partnered with Human Resources to create an employee recognition program and developed the marketing and communications platform supporting service initiatives. Her ability to identify unmet needs, bring teams together, and turn ideas into lasting programs has made a company-wide impact. Just as importantly, Ronnetha has become a mentor and example for women across the organization — demonstrating how curiosity, initiative, follow-through and a commitment to lifting others can create meaningful opportunities for growth and leadership.
“Join us in celebrating these amazing women creating their own space and leading the charge towards a successful career in the RV industry!” RVWA said.
