The RV Women’s Alliance said it is hosting a webinar on Friday at noon ET that will highlight different approaches RV industry members use to inspire and organize colleagues as they engage with their communities, while driving business success and developing inclusive leadership skills.
“Volunteering not only makes a positive impact to the lives of others, it also enables employees to have the fulfilling experience of strengthening our communities,” said RVWA. “Community engagement boosts morale, skills, and a collaborative and inspired team.”
Presenters during the session include Winnebago Industries’ Katy Friesz, Lippert Component’s Michilah Grimes, and Grand Design’s Connie Begly. The hosts will lead a discussion on the benefits of community engagement and volunteering, including increasing employee engagement and satisfaction, building additional skills, and increased empathy and awareness of community needs.
