“Jessica is the ideal woman for our new managing director role,” said RVWA President Susan Carpenter. “She is a rare talent with the capabilities to take a vision and bring it to life by seeing a project from all sides and having solutions and contingencies to execute the vision successfully. As we continue to build out our programs and strategies, we will be relying on Jessica to lead our volunteers and deliver value to both our members and partners.”

Rider joins the organization barely two years into its existence. The volunteer-led nonprofit has more than 1,100 members and a strategic plan to bring more value to those members, it said. The RVWA’s mission is to “unite, inspire, recruit, and develop a more diverse workforce by supporting women with education, resources and opportunities.”

“I am excited to be taking on the role of managing director because it combines two of my deepest passions, the RV industry and helping women grow,” said Rider. “This is an exciting time to bring together women of the industry to cultivate relationships while also helping to lead the next generation of RV industry leaders. I am honored to be a part of that.”
