Stone Vos, a leader in RV slide topper and awning aftermarket fabric replacements, recently announced that it has completed its first phase of its strategic planning process and will enter its second phase of expansion.

“We have just completed our first phase of expansion and will now work on the second phase which we hope to have completed by July of 2018,” said Ingrid Throgmartin, president of Stone Vos. “Our expansion has been carefully orchestrated through our strategic planning program and we are extremely happy with the results. Our first quarter sales set company records so we know we are on the right path with our corporate planning strategies.”

Stone Vos recently launched its new acrylic fabric line under its own brand name CoachGuard.  Available in OEM colors, Coachguard is manufactured in Europe under stringent quality standards for Stone Vos. In addition to their acrylic offerings, Stone Vos also owns the rights to the vinyl brand Migliore.

“We will be starting a new division in 2018 that will concentrate on markets outside the traditional RV industry,” said Throgmartin. “We want to reach customers in other areas of the awning market including commercial and residential. We have had a great deal of interest from these market segments so our plans are to develop product lines in addition to support and marketing programs for these special groups.”

The second phase of Stone Vos’s expansion will include the release of an all new product line under the trademark name SolarPro.

Throgmartin also formed Talin Mfg. in 2017 which manufactures specialty parts for RVs. The sister corporation to Stone Vos works in a parts support role offering awning parts and assemblies through their division Talin RV. Both companies are located in Brooksville, Fla., and are both privately held corporations owned by Ingrid Throgmartin.

“We plan on announcing in the near future a DIY video series on select Carefree assemblies to support our DIY customers as well as RV technicians,” said Throgmartin. “In addition to online and phone technical support, we will also be representing both Girard and Carefree as dealers at rallies that we attend. Under the Talin RV division we will be carrying their product lines and parts as well as the parts we manufacture for these assemblies.”

The second phase expansion will also include co-op marketing projects with Stone Vos’s corporate partners. The third expansion phase which includes a new manufacturing facility and headquarters is schedule to be completed July 2019.
