Electronic system and technology supplier CuroGens will showcase its new dealership portal and customer management system, mv360 during the RV Industry Association National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky., next week.

CuroGens debuted the cloud-based, customer relationship management and dealer portal solution for transportation manufacturing companies this month, according to a news release.

CuroGens mv360 is the second product in 12 months to be introduced by CuroGens to serve companies that manufacture, sell and service fleets of configured-to-order motor vehicles, such as RVs and commercial trucks.

Both motor vehicle software solutions, CuroGens mv360 and CuroGens Vehicle Management System for Microsoft Dynamics AX, have been developed to assist manufacturers and their dealer networks in better managing lifetime purchase, warranty claims and service histories of units by utilizing the Vehicle Identification Number.

CuroGens mv360 is a seamless integration of a manufacturer’s existing ERP platform with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Microsoft Windows Azure.

This not only allows for management and tracking of a vehicle throughout its lifecycle, but also provides for the sharing of information in real-time between manufacturers and their dealer networks. This enables the manufacturer to better manage unit products, recalls and warranties, while dealers can better manage customer service.
