On this Giving Tuesday, RVDA’s Mike Molino RV Learning Center said that it wants to remind the industry that a donation to it can be a tax-deductible investment in the professional development of RV dealership employees across the country.
“The Learning Center provides affordable educational opportunities for front-line personnel throughout the dealership,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “A donation helps the center provide resources, training materials, readiness tests, and fixed operations certification.”
From online training to programs for young RV executives, the center offers professional development opportunities for every department in the dealership.
The RV Learning Center relies on donors’ financial support to help it carry out its mission. With the generous contributions of companies and individuals who value education and professionalism, the center said it can continue to meet the training needs of an industry that is undergoing tremendous growth and change.
