Priority One Financial Services, one of the RV industry’s oldest and largest F&I outsourcing provider, congratulates Susan Rontti for 10 fantastic years with the company.

Since 2007, Rontti has worked at Priority One as a business manager where she provides retail financial services for recreational dealers nationwide. On a daily basis, she works with lenders to obtain loan approvals for her dealers’ customers so that they may purchase the boat, RV or trailer, and also helps them with choosing protection plans to safeguard their investment.

“Susan is the poster child for Priority One,” said Robert Handy, colleague and owner of Robert Handy Camping Center. “She exemplifies the core values of the Priority One mission statement.  Susan is not just someone I work with, she is my friend. I’ve had the honor to meet her several times, and I can honestly say she is a genuine person. She has always given 100 percent to working every deal for me. … Congratulations and much love!”

Before joining Priority One, Rontti served in the U.S. Navy for 12 years as an Operations Specialist 2nd class and was most recently in the Middle East fighting the war on terror. She also served as a liaison at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt, as the director of the Suez Canal transits.

Her worldly experience, in addition to her property management, leasing, marketing and customer service work, are assets recreational dealers truly appreciate.

Rina Aponte, Priority One operations manager, comments on Susan, “Looking back at the past 10 years, we couldn’t have done it without Susan. We are so glad she’s part of our team, and we wish her much more success in the years ahead.”
