Sylvansport

SylvanSport, the Brevard, North Carolina-based manufacturer of adventure travel trailers, pop-up campers, rooftop tents and outdoor gear, is celebrating its 20th anniversary with the launch of its latest product line, the 2025 Micro Adventure Series (MAS).

SylvanSport MAS lineup for 20th anniversary

Maintaining the brand’s commitment to renowned design, quality and comfort, MAS is all about being compact, lightweight and nimble, the company said. Recognizing the growing trend of customers seeking a compact, lightweight towable system to camp, SylvanSport’s MAS offers ultimate comfort, effortless set-up/pack-up, extensive hauling capacity and the ability to carry bikes, kayaks and gear.

On the anniversary of SylvanSport’s 20th year, the Micro Adventure Series line includes three products designed to work together as the ultimate system or independently:

2025 LOFT rooftop tent

For 2025, SylvanSport has re-designed its best-selling rooftop tent/micro-camping pod. The all-new LOFT has been refined and optimized as the ultimate rooftop micro-camping pod. Features include:

  • Roomier and larger – 80-inch by 48-inch size is wider for more comfort for two
  • Lightweight for its size – 147 pounds
  • Strong and durable – Aluminum shell for improved durability and weather resistance
  • Integrated rack system for hauling bikes, kayaks or gear up to 150 pounds
  • Warm in the winter and cool in the summer – Interior liner for insulation and condensation management
  • Integrated storage and shoe storage bags for organization
  • Very low-profile and aerodynamic design for fuel savings or EV optimization
  • New stealth black colorway

2025 GO EASY HD kayak/bike trailer

For 2025, SylvanSport is offering a new addition to its award-winning GO EASY trailer with a new HD (heavy duty) offering. Features include:

  • New colorway options include black with stealth gray and green with stealth gray
  • Touring tires – larger tires for a smoother ride and better performance on a variety of surfaces
  • Higher ground clearance (4 inches) with the HD Lift Kit
  • Smoother ride and bump absorption with upgraded axle
  • Upgraded highway speed rating

2025 TraiLOFT HD micro camper

In 2023, SylvanSport launched the original version of the TraiLOFT, which reached critical acclaim as the best lightweight and easy to tow and store micro camper in the market, towable by almost any small car, the company said.

The upgraded 2025 TraiLOFT micro camper is a breeze to use and can be stored in the garage, taking up very little space, and can be prepacked for weekend trips, ready to hitch to a vehicle and head out. At camp, simply detach and pop up with no need to pack up camp every time you want to use the vehicle.

It can be loaded with gear, kayaks, bikes or other items on the cross bars and additional items on the LOFT cross bars for tremendous carrying capacity. The TraiLOFT can hold up to four bikes or four kayaks (depending on the weight of the gear and the weight limit). It is the most capable, compact and lightweight micro camper/hauler on the market, SylvanSport said. Other features include:

  • Kayak/bike trailer – gear hauling trailer makes getting to the trailhead or put-in as smooth and easy as possible
  • Rooftop tent/micro camping pod

All three products in the Micro Adventure Series line are available for pre-order at sylvansport.com beginning July 20 and will begin shipping to customers in late August. Pricing starts at $2,995.

The GO EASY trailer and TraiLOFT are offered with three build options (base, essential and ultimate) depending on the user’s needs and the gear to be towed. HD versions for each model in each configuration are available for an additional $600.

The MAS will be launched to the public as part of SylvanSport’s 20th Anniversary Celebration, Open House and Sale on Saturday, July 20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at its headquarters located at 21 Welcome Street in Brevard.

SylvanSport founder Tom Dempsey reflected on SylvanSport’s 20th anniversary. “I am so grateful for our passionate community of SylvanSport owners, our supportive community, and the best team of coworkers ever imaginable! We are proud to reach this milestone that was built upon our solid commitment to world-class product innovation and charting our own way of doing things. We’ve had the privilege of leading not only in product design, but also public policy on stewardship of our shared outdoor spaces. Just like our products, this solidly built structure will carry us into our future years and I am eager to keep driving our bright future.”

Dempsey tapped into his vast experience building pop-up campers and kayaks to fundamentally redesign the camping experience through simple but thoughtful designs, the company said.
