Sys2K announced that Lazydays has seen incredible success implementing Sys2K’s Infinity dealer management software in its service, parts and retail accessories departments.
With more than 130 RV Technicians and 315 service bays, Lazydays required a software system that provided full visibility of all aspects of the operations from instant notifications of sold units, mechanic parts requests and special order parts receipts, Sys2K said in a news release.
“With the Infinity software Lazydays is able to process and close repair orders much faster than before. Their open repair order list is the lowest it has ever been in the history of the company due to the increase in efficiency,” said Traeanne Reynolds, Sys2K international director of sales, marketing and implementation.
In its retail stores, Lazydays has seen increased visibility to sales performance and increases in sales by associates across all locations.
According to the release, this increase in performance is correlated to the more detailed inventory cost analysis, retail price flexibility, elimination of manual commission complications, and overall enhancements of inventory details.
