Nelson Industries, which was originally a custom finishing company but has since launched Imperial Outdoors, the brand name it uses to sell its towable campers and fish houses, has redesigned its Xplore-RV lineup. The company said the redesign will offer better functionality and performance. The company has also introduced its new flagship off-road trailer, the Xplore-RV X195.

Built on a complete box section steel frame that is also tabbed and slotted for additional rigidity, the RV X195 rides on a new-to-the-USA Cruisemaster ATX air ride adjustable suspension with disc brakes designed for any road, whether it be a two-track or backcountry path.

One-piece composite fiberglass walls, floor and roof gives the unit what the company said is a dramatic increase in insulation capabilities, making it suitable to camp in any weather. It also offers 1240 watts of walkable solar panels for those off-the-grid trips, and comes with up to 1080 amp-hours of lithium storage.
